"People you need to stop living from day-to-day, and learn to plan ahead. You should treat you life like a business; have a three to five year plan. In Japan, business people have a five-hundred year plan...think about that. If you want things to change you must first change you!" -Anthony L. Williams

Recruiting is the Key! I spent 20-years in the Marine Corps, during that time I was a recruiter for three years. As a recruiter it is said that the only way to succeed is always-be-recruiting; recruit, recruit, recruit. Still, what I found out though, it is not really about quantitative recruiting, as much as it is qualitative. Here Marine Corps recruiting duty, and recruiting school is where I based and formulated my research on recruiting. A quality prospect is worth her, or his weight in gold. Recruiting and your why However, in order to withstand the test of time as most successful recruiters do, one must have a strong why! Why are you doing what you do? Why are you in this business? Do you want financial freedom; to meet financial goals, get out of the corporate-rat-race; bring home your mom from her Just Over Broke (J.O.B.), or, security from your downsizing job? I am here to tell you that whatever your why is, it must be bigger than you. Your why must be big enough to motive and inspire you to want a change, and to do what it takes. By Anthony Williams Stay on the Road to Success On the road to success one may encounter some obstacles, however, always remember it is not what happens along the way. What matters is how you respond to those would be obstacles. If you encounter enough so-called obstacles, eventually you will learn how to handle them. So, welcome any, an all challenges because you can’t grow without a challenge as Jim Rohn would put it. Just stop and think for a moment, can a plane fly without gravity? No, yet it is the very thing that can bring it crashing down to earth. So like a plane is designed, find a way to turn your weaknesses into strengths. On the Road -Anthony Williams |
